Never Expect and Never Disappoint

Don't do things with expectations, if you expect something, you will disappoint and the more you expect the more chances you disappoint. 

If you want to do something, do it yourself and don't expect help from others. If you can't do it on your own, then forget about that, but never ever expect participation of your friends, family, even if you're doing for them, because if you expect something, there is always a chance to be disappointed.
