March 2015 | What Inspires Me
Live your life, focus on you. Don't live for others. Ever since I was a little kid I used to think that in order to be liked and approved of by those around me, I had to behave, dress and live my life in a certain way. I had to be whatever the world wanted me to be. And because I was just ONE and they were so many, so many to please, at a certain point I got really confused about my own identity. I got really confused about who I was. It's your life, live in your style, live in your way.

Live your life, focus on you. Don't live for others

Don't do things by thinking about others, whatever they think it's not your business, they can think whatever they want, nothing happen to you. Just focus on your work.

“I do my thing and you do your thing. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations, And you are not in this world to live up to mine. You are you, and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, it’s beautiful. If not, it can’t be helped.” ~Fritz Perls

Watching Kung Fu Panda, it's a nice movie, few quotes from movie:
1) Your past doesn't makes you who you are. It is the rest of your story which does, it matters who you chose to be.
2) no one can predict your future only your choices can.
3) When everything seems to fall, know there's always a glimpse of hope, you just have to wait for it.
4) don't tease your enemy when he's already pissed off, or he might fire a cannon on you killing his own followers as well.
5) Anything's possible with inner peace.
6) Blood doesn't makes a family.
7) When a person has someone important to protect, that's when they truly become strong, as strong as they need to be.

Lessons from Kung Fu Panda:
First, never judge a book from its cover. Who can guess that actually, a big fat panda, who used to be a noodle seller, can be a great warrior. The Five, at first, didn't learn it as they only believed that Po is only no more than a stupid panda.

Second, Nothing is impossible. Like Master Oogway says. Everything can be happening, good or bad things. Even Tai Lung, one of the villain, though he had been prisoned in the great prison, which there's only one way in and one way out, guarded by one thousan rhinos, with all their weapons, still can escaped only by helping of one feather (and of course, his Kung Fu skill). So, keep watching around you cause nothing is impossible. And who knows, you who are nothing can be something big someday. Why? Because Nothing is impossible.

Third, Keep dreaming because dream can lead you to what you wanna be. Po had been wanting to be a great warrior and he did everything to be the one, including by trying to watch his idols performing their Kung Fu and what's next? Po is being choosen as the dragon warrior. Again, nothing is impossible.

Fourth, To solve a problem, what you need to first is to settle down. Remember what Oogway told to Shifu? The part when he said to settle down and the answer will become clear?

Fifth, To reach something you desired, sometimes you must sacrifice one thing you had so you'll get easier to get what you want. Po when he was trying to climb up the stairs heading to Jade Palace left his cart behind.

Sixth, Don't ever give up. Though The Five and Shifu didn't like Po, wishing him to leave The Jade Palace, but Po kept staying to get his dream ; living alongside his idols.

Seventh, There are no accident. So, don't doubt about every weird or strange thing happen. Like for the example, we often sees a weak guy wins against a strong guy and it wasn't because accident. There must be a hidden power thing that helped the weak guy.

Eighth, Sometimes you can't get every stuff you desired though you feel that you deserve to get it. Master Tigress, who is the strongest member of The Five, wasn't chosen as the dragon warrior.

Ninth, Yesterday is a history. Tomorrow is a mystery but today is a gift. I'm pretty sure it's a very famous word. Oogway's right. We should leave things that had happened behind. Tomorrow is a mystery cause no one knows what will happen next. Today is a gift cause what had happened today is the effect what we had done yesterday. So, just do the good things, thinking about the future, face the tomorrow, and see what you'll get. If you get a bad things today, always remember it would be a history as the time pass.

Tenth, Everyone is different and special. So, we can't compare to each other. We have our own way to learn. Shifu, at first, believed that Po couldn't be trained because he trained him with the same way he trained to the five, until he realized that Po has his own way to learn. No stupid students. They just have to find their own way and people have different way.

Eleventh, Forget your past, especially when it hurted you. Love is not changing someone into monster. Shifu couldn't forget what Tai Lung did to him when that snow leopard break his heart by betraying him. Shifu kept that feeling in his heart and poor little Tigress ; she didn't get love from Shifu as Shifu was afraid love would change Tigress into Tai Lung as well.

Twelfth, Obeying your master isn't a weakness.

Thirteenth, Don't love too much about something cause it would blind you. Shifu experienced it. His pride to Tai Lung had blinded him to see what Tai Lung had been becoming into. Giving love is certainly good, but if you give it in the wrong way, you'll create another Tai Lung.

Fourteen, To make something special, you just need to believe that it's special. Alway see and act yourself as the special one and people around will see you as the one.

Fourteenth, You can't change your destiny but you can create your future. Lord Shen is destined to be defeated by warrior of black and white if he kept on his dark path. If only Shen stopped his ambition that time and didn't kill pandas, he would never end that way.

Sixteenth, Family is made by love. Mr. Ping isn't Po's real father but his love made him became Po's father.

Seventeenth, Your story may not have a such happy beginning, but it doesn't make who you are. It's the rest of your story, who you choose to be. So, whatever our past, good or bad, it doesn't make who actually we are. We're free to write our own story, to be what we want. And we have the right about it. We're free to choose our future and it does not depend on our past.

Eighteenth, Anything is possible when you have inner peace. So, don't be afraid of every threats you're scared of. As long as you have inner peace, you can conquer your nightmare. Inner peace is the key to open every door.
How you start your day is how you're going to live your day. And how you live your day is the way you live your life. Wake up with a smile, how you think and feel in the morning can impact your entire day of productivity and interaction. One small positive thought in the morning can change your whole day.

Don't start your day with the broken pieces of yesterday. Every day is a fresh start. Each day is a new beginning. Every morning we wake up is the first day of our new life.

Take five focused minutes and get in touch with your inner strength, the day can't go well if you feel weak and passive.

Before going to bed, make a list of things to do for the next day, be clear on that list and read the list before bed and read it again when you wake up. If you are clear on the things to do, you didn't worry about the day.

Read a motivational quote every morning. This can provide a frame for the day, a sort of self-talk that keeps you motivated in the right direction as opposed to the negative thinking of the morning news.

Stop Comparing Yourself With Others, don't underestimate yourself by comparing yourself with others. We all do it or have done it at some point in our lives, we compare ourselves to others and we often end up judging ourselves.

“Why compare yourself with others? No one in the entire world can do a better job of being you than you.” ~Unknown

Highly focused people don't compare themselves to others. They know comparing yourself to others serves only to demoralize and make you feel inferior, while in fact you have equal capacity for growth and advancement in life as anybody else. Highly focused people consider the achievement of others to determine what they need to do to replicate similar success. This ensures they are sufficiently motivated and energized to keep pressing towards their goals and dreams.

If you stop comparing yourself to others you'll begin to discover what's truly important to you and you'll have more time and energy and you feel better about yourself.

Don't let anyone steal your dream! The world is full of dream killers. Don't share your dream with others, who discourages you or to those who pull you back and they look for ways to crush your energy and deaden your life force by highlighting uncertainty, reminding you of what you don't have or what you may need. They point out weaknesses, mistakes, setbacks and past losses when you turn to them for encouragement.

Sometimes dream killers appear in the faces of the people closest to you and other times they whisper and hide out in the deep recesses of your own mind. Safeguard your mind. Preserve your energy. Don't answer them or entertain their conversations. Leave them alone!

People share their dreams, if they are not confident or if they are not clear. Say to yourself over and over again. I got this! I was born to win. Keep moving towards your dream and imagine the feeling of having accomplished your dream. Remember above all.
Don't let anyone steal your dreams. Follow your heart, no matter what. No Dream is too big or too small when one works hard to live it. One should always try making dreams come true no matter what.

If you got a chance to watch "The Pursuit of Happyness" movie, watch.
Its nice inspirational movie. It motivates you, it will change your mind and you never think giving up your dreams.

What's on your mind becomes what's in your life, so think the thoughts you want to see. Yes your success begins with your thinking, think positively, think good, think for a better, think for best.

Don't ever criticize yourself, always think you're attractive, you're fast, you're smart. If you don't don't love yourself in the right way, you can't love your neighbour and you can't be as good as you are supposed to be.

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.
W. Clement Stone
President Snow: Seneca... why do you think we have a winner?
Seneca Crane: [frowns] What do you mean?
President Snow: I mean, why do we have a winner? I mean, if we just wanted to intimidate the districts, why not round up twenty-four of them at random and execute them all at once? Be a lot faster.
[Seneca just stares, confused]
President Snow: Hope.
Seneca Crane: Hope?
President Snow: Hope. It is the only thing stronger than fear. A little hope is effective. A lot of hope is dangerous. A spark is fine, as long as it's contained.
Seneca Crane: So...?
President Snow: So, CONTAIN it.

Do you remember this scene from the movie "Hunger Games", sometimes some movies can inspire us, this movie is one of them. Always be hopeful, hope for a bright future, hope for good life, always hope for the best. Check few quotes on hope to raise your hope.

"We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope"
Martin Luther King, Jr.

Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.
Desmond Tutu

Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.
Thich Nhat Hanh

You may not always have a comfortable life and you will not always be able to solve all of the world's problems at once but don't ever underestimate the importance you can have because history has shown us that courage can be contagious and hope can take on a life of its own.
Michelle Obama

A little more persistence, a little more effort, and what seemed hopeless failure may turn to glorious success.
Elbert Hubbard

Three grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.
Joseph Addison

Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not; remember that what you now have was once among the things you only hoped for.
Epicurus

Never stop Learning, I used to think that school was the place to get an education. But I was wrong. One of the best things about life is that we never have to stop learning. we can learn almost anything in the world, as long as we have the willpower to and desire to learn. There are always new skills to learn and techniques to adopt. When you look at the most successful people in the world, they understand this. The best entrepreneurs in the world don't act like they know everything. They all understand the fact that they have to continuously learn to be successful.

For us to live life to the fullest, we must continue to look for ways to improve. If you aren't actively looking to learn new things, here are few reasons why you might want to rethink your strategy. Self-growth is key for us to live fulfilling lives and to have a successful career.

You will become happier: Learning is tough and can be frustrating. This is especially true when we talk about taking on new sports like crossfit, or pushing our brain to the limits trying to code. But although the task is hard, nothing is greater than reaching your accomplishment. For highly challenging goals like learning to write software, it is such an amazing feeling when your code works bug free. When we play sports, beating our personal records gives a high like none other. Several studies have shown that the more ambitious goals that we set, the happier we are. And when we decide our own goals, our happiness is not reliant on others. We pick how many hours we practice, and we take ownership over what we achieve. Personal development is a way to guarantee us serenity from within.

You'll stay humble: When we are looking to learn as much as possible, there's less of a chance that we will come off as arrogant. True charmers don't make themselves look smart, they make others look smart. And when people see that you are trying to learn from them, it makes liking you that much easier.
Every interaction you have is a chance to learn something

You'll become a great coach: The only way to mastery is through teaching. One of the best feelings in the world is teaching others what you've learned. Not only will it affect the person you're teaching, but also they in turn will teach others.

As a leader of your organization, you need to make learning a part of your culture. A way to start this is by teaching others what you've learned overtime. You want to become such a great teacher that your company can run itself without you there. When you've achieved that, you've truly accomplished the state of mastery.
Today(23rd March) in History: Bhagat Singh, Shivram Rajguru and Sukhdev, great freedom fighters and revolutionaries, were hanged for assassination of Saunders, Assistant Superintendent of Police in the Central Jail at Lahore on 23rd March 1931. Bhagat Singh and his associates showed no signs of any fear as they kissed the noose, chanting "Inquilab Zindabad" (long live the revolution).

Bhagat Singh was an Indian socialist considered to be one of the most influential revolutionaries of the Indian independence movement. He is often referred to as "Shaheed Bhagat Singh". Born into a Sikh family, as a teenager Singh studied European revolutionary movements and was attracted to anarchist and Marxist ideologies.
Bhagat Singh was born on 28 September 1907 in a Sikh family to Kishan Singh and Vidyavati at Banga village in the then Lyallpur district of British Punjab. His grandfather, a member of the Hindu reformist Arya Samaj movement, influenced the young Bhagat. Other members of his family, including his father, were affiliated to the revolutionary Ghadar Party.
Bhagat Singh studied at Dayanand Anglo Vedic High School. Hours after the Jallianwala Bagh massacre of 1919, Bhagat, then a boy of 12, visited the site of the killings in Amritsar. When Mahatma Gandhi called off the Non-cooperation movement after the killing of policemen at Chauri Chaura, Bhagat Singh, still a boy, felt alienated from the philosophy of nonviolence. He subsequently became a member of the Young Revolutionary Movement, which supported using violent means to overthrow the British empire.
Bhagat Singh studied at Lahore’s National College and founded the Naujawan Bharat Sabha, a youth body, in March 1926. He also became a member of the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. Its important leaders included Chandrashekhar Azad and Ashfaqulla Khan.
In order to avoid marriage, Bhagat Singh left his home and went to Kanpur. In a note left behind for his family, he wrote: “My life has been dedicated to the noblest cause, that of the freedom of the country. Therefore, there is no rest or worldly desire that can lure me now.”
He was now fully dedicated to the revolutionary cause. In May 1927 he was arrested on the suspicion of being involved in a bombing in Lahore. He got released on bail. He wrote for several newspapers and anti-British pamphlets.
In 1928, the nationalist leader Lala Lajpat Rai was brutally assaulted during a lathi-charge on a peaceful protest. He died on 17 November 1928 on account of injuries suffered during the assault. Bhagat Singh and his compatriots, Shivaram Rajguru, Sukhdev Thapar and Chandrashekhar Azad, swore revenge. They plotted to kill James Scott, the superintendent of police who had not only ordered the lathi-charge but personally assaulted Rai.
Bhagat Singh and Rajguru carried out the assassination, but they killed John Saunders, another senior police officer, instead. In a poster the Hindustan Socialist Republic Army proclaimed: “Today the world has seen that the people of India are not lifeless; their blood has not become cold.”
The revolutionaries escaped and dispersed after Saunders’ death, hiding under various aliases. Bhagat Singh eventually got back to Lahore.
Then in 1929 Bhagat Singh volunteered to explode a bomb inside the Central Legislative Assembly in Delhi. The idea was to send a dramatic message to the British, not kill people. On 8 April 1929, Bhagat Singh and Batukeshwar Dutt hurled two bombs into the chamber of the assembly when it was in session. As planned, no one was killed in the explosions though a few people were injured. The two revolutionaries had no intention of escaping and were promptly arrested.
Bhagat Singh and Batukeshwar Dutt were sentenced to life imprisonment in the bombing case. However, as the police spread their net, other revolutionaries including Sukhdev were arrested. The investigators soon connected the dots, and Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were charged with Saunders’ murder. Bhagat Singh, who was shifted to Mianwali jail, and other prisoners went on a hunger strike to protest against discrimination between European and Indian inmates.
Eventually, Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were tried for Saunders’ murder in what came to be known as the Lahore conspiracy case. They were found guilty and sentenced to death.
The executions were to be carried out on 24 March 1931, but the three prisoners were hanged a day before, on 23 March at 7.30 p.m.

A few months before he was hanged, Bhagat Singh, who used to read a lot in jail, had written in a pamphlet titled ‘Why I am an atheist’: “I know the moment the rope is fitted round my neck and rafters removed from under my feet, that will be the final moment….With no selfish motive, or desire to be awarded here or hereafter [in after-life], quite disinterestedly have I devoted my life to the cause of independence, because I could not do otherwise. The day we find a great number of men and women with this psychology who cannot devote themselves to anything else than the service of mankind and emancipation of the suffering humanity, that day shall inaugurate the era of liberty.”
If you never CHASE your dreams, you will never CATCH them. Every day is a new day and a new beginning, forget about yesterday and concentrate on your today in order to chase your dreams of tomorrow.

Every morning you have two choices, continue your sleep with dreaming or wake up and chase your dreams. Choice is yours! Chase your dreams before its too late to catch them. If you believe it, work hard to achieve it. People may doubt you, mock you, or judge you. Chase your dreams even if the whole world will laugh at you, and tell you you can't. Always chase your dreams instead of running from your fears. Simple rules to chase your dreams:
1) Believe it, it's possible: Remember one thing, People can't do themselves will tell you, that you can't do it. If believe it, you can achieve it.
2) Don't let hurdles stop you: Work on the issues that are holding you back.
3) Don't afraid to ask help: If you want help or if you want any information from anyone or if you wanted to work with anyone, don't afraid, go and ask.

If you have some crazy ideas in your mind, and people tell you that it’s impossible to make, well, that’s an even better reason to do it, because people have a tendency to see the problems rather than the results, whereas if you start to deal with problems as being your allies rather than your opponents, life will start to dance with you in the most amazing way.

You don't need to follow complicated rules to live a good life. Follow these simple rules and make your life happy.
1. Wake Up Early: Wake up early and wake up first time when you're conscious and don't sleep again, sleeping after this time is not useful to you and to your health and it's waste. Sleep Early.
2. Drink Water & Exercise: Drink 3 glasses of water in the morning and drink at least 10 glasses of water in a day. Do some  exercise, walking, running or lifting weights, whatever you like.
3. Be Good & Do Good: Who cares if no one notices or appreciates the good you do. You'll notice it. And you'll appreciate the person you are even more. Nothing else matters.
4. First Think Yourself then Others: Here I'm not talking about selfishness, If you're in a good situation you can do good to others. If you're with empty stomach, you can't think about others hunger. Take care of your health, think about your health. Earn money, earn for you, think about earnings, if you've money, you can help others.
5. Forget past: Life passes in a blink. Forgive those who have wronged you, they knew no better. Love those who love you, they deserve your kindness. And be a light, never a critic.
6. Work On You: You'll never rise to a place higher than your self-identity. We each run a story. It sets up whether you behave as a victim or perform as a victor.
7. Read the smart books. Visualize your best you. Do your affirmations. Write in your journal.

As you change, your whole world changes.

When something comes for free or when it comes in less cost or in front of their doorsteps, they always neglect that and also think something wrong in that.
Its the mentality of human nature, for example show a gold ring to a unknown person and tell him its a gold ring and you will give that ring for 500 rupees and also tell him you need money and its very urgent. Do you think that person will trust you or do you think that person think thats a real gold ring. What do you think ?

Just imagine you are in that situation, when some unknown person selling his gold ring for 500 rupees, what do you think ? what comes first in your mind, I am sure you will get doubt on that person or on that gold ring, because nobody sells a gold ring for 500 rupees.

In the same way, it applies to your business, never less estimate your hard work. People always neglect or doubt on the things which comes in less cost.

I remembered a line from Batman movie, "If You Are Good At Something, Don't Do It For Free". Charge the amount for your hard work, charge the amount for your time, always remember, your hard work and your time are more important than their money, never ever less estimate your hard work or time.
Success comes with hard work, every step towards the goal requires sacrifice, suffering, and struggle. With hard work you can always achieve anything in your life, no matter from where you are or what ever you are. Here is a story for you to boost your heart towards your goal.

❝ Nawazuddin Siddiqui is from Budhana a small town of Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh from a Muslim family, where his father is a farmer. Siddiqui grew up amongst nine siblings, seven brothers and two sisters.
After graduating in science from Gurukul Kangri University in Haridwar, Uttarakand, he worked as a chemist in a petrochemical company for a short while.
But boredom set in soon, and he moved to Delhi, where he worked as a watchman. However, after one year there he joined a theatre group and started watching plays, while working as a watchman at an office.
He went to the National School of Drama New Delhi.
After graduating from NSD, he shifted to Mumbai. In 2004, which was one of the worst years of his struggle, he couldn’t pay any rent. He asked an NSD senior if he
could stay with him. The senior allowed him to share his apartment in Goregaon if he was willing to cook meals for him.
He hung out at film studios and shootings but only got stereotypical roles. After moving to Mumbai he tried to get work in television serials, but did not achieve much success. He was largely out of work, and lived in a flat he shared with four other people, and survived by conducting occasional acting workshops. ❞

We don't know when and where we get inspiration, its not a thing we can purchase in stores. sometimes we can inspire by listening stories of successful people or by reading books, by watching people, by watching inspirational movies or sometimes from simple quotes of successful people. Below are some famous quotes from  great people.
