As the saying goes, “Rome wasn't built in a day,” Goals (predictable and calculated) should be realistically attainable. Crystallize your goals. Make a plan for achieving them and set yourself a deadline. Then, with supreme confidence, determination and disregard for obstacles and other people's criticisms, work your ass off and carry out your plan.
